I have rented space here. Building is good, but rent is expensive as per my feeling.

Good connectivity, but maintenance needs improvement, which I feel will sort out in the long run.

Parking is a hassle here. Always congested, really annoying. Otherwise project quality and architecture is pretty good. They are also giving power backup and 24-7 water supply which are two plus points.

Facilities are great. Ideal for our new office location. Price seems a little high but could work out well in the long run.

I was at this WorldMark project last week. Really liked the new-age design and location, which is ideal for capturing the public pulse.
