PM Modi to Launch Rs 9,400 Crore Development Projects in Telangana

PM Narendra Modi will launch and dedicate development projects worth nearly Rs 9,400 crore in Telangana. Key projects include the PM MITRA Park in Warangal, Zaheerabad Industrial Area, NH-167 Four-Lane Corridor, Indian Oil Malkapur Terminal, and railway infrastructure projects like the Kazipet–Vijayawada multi-tracking project.

Telangana Launches Massive Rs 98,000 Crore Road Development Program

The Telangana government has initiated a substantial Rs 98,000 crore road development program . Key components include developing 6,000 km of roads under the hybrid annuity model, upgrading the Hyderabad-Vijayawada National Highway to an eight-lane corridor, and constructing flyovers and bridges in accident-prone areas.

Hyderabad to Receive ₹15,000 Crore for Infrastructure Development

The Telangana government has sanctioned ₹15,000 crore for the development of civic infrastructure in Hyderabad, including flyovers, road bridges, and elevated corridors. This initiative aims to transform Hyderabad into a global destination and improve connectivity within the Greater Hyderabad limits. The funding is expected to accelerate ongoing and planned infrastructure projects.

Telangana Government Invests Heavily in Urban Development

The Telangana government has allocated approximately ₹17,000 crore for the development of cities and towns over the past two years, marking a record in urban spending. These funds have supported 3,994 development works, including road construction and improvement, flood management, pollution control in tanks, development of public parks, and strengthening of water supply and sewerage systems.
