I’m living in Bangalore for the first time so my parents bought me an apartment at Zen Maple. I don’t know anything about other developments here but this one feels luxurious. I have a 385 sq. ft. 1BHK apartment and it’s more than spacious enough for a single guy. It’s really nice that they have a party hall too, there’s usually music and dancing on the weekends. Vey fun place, well maintained, and lots of gardens around too.
I haven’t been here for very long, only about two weeks but I’ve come to love Hiranandani Zen Maple. I was worried about facilities a lot but it has almost everything you can think of: a gym, swimming pool, power backup, 24x7 treated water supply, security presence, and even a cute little clubhouse.
Impressed with the construction quality and fittings provided here. Apartments are mostly 1BHK flats but very well made and good service too. Lots of areas for relaxation like swimming pool, clubhouse, and party hall too. Best part for me is that the development has great connectivity through JogeshwariVikroli Link Road.
Love the fact that Zen Maple is in a neighborhood full of shops and cafes instead of being completely solitary. I’ve been living here for a month and it’s a comfortable, cozy place with a friendly community and responsive staff. I’d recommend it to others, solid 8/10!
Honestly after taking the tour and considering the location I didn’t have to think much. The amenities were perfect here - there’s constant security, running water, and a power backup. With the gym on the grounds I don’t have to go out to a gym in the city proper.
