The amenities are very good and I love the kids' play area as my son plays there most days. In fact, the nice gardens and park environment around Imperial Heights Phase 2 are some of the reasons why I chose this project over others in the area. Very refreshing to get out of the city and live somewhere this close to nature!
I'm a single guy so I don't really need much space. I still wanted something spacious at least so I chose a 1BHK apartment here at Imperial Heights Phase 2. Apartment has very high construction quality and neighbors are very friendly too. Would say it's a great place to live.

Imperial Heights Phase 2 is a great place to live. It is centrally located, very well connected and with great amenities. The developer has ensured that this project offers the combination of features and security. With the security guard at the gate 24 hours a day, I am glad I moved here with my family.
I'm seriously impressed with the construction quality and premium fittings offered in this development. The location is highly-desirable, being close to major roads like WE highway. The amenities are appreciable too: there is power backup for outages and 24-7 water supply.
