The Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) will inaugurate Metro Line 2B (Phase I) and Metro Line 9 (Phase I), and conduct the bhoomipujan for the Thane–Borivali Twin Tunnel project and the pod taxi system in Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) on April 7. These projects aim to significantly reduce travel time, ease congestion, and improve connectivity across Mumbai's suburbs.

A total of 38 out of 40 launched units have been booked as of February 2026, including 90% of 3 BHK(19 out of 21 units), 100% of SHOP(2 units), 1 BHK(9 units), MULTIPURPOSE ROOM(2 units), 2 BHK(4 units), 1 RK(2 units).
