I have utilized the several facilities available in the DLF Belvedere Towers like Gymnasium, swimming pool, cricket, table tennis along with 24x7 security , snooker table along with CCTV surveillance. I am more than happy with my experience and investment and I would recommended to everyone.
I have been living in the apartment for more than a year and I have had a great experience. You can by 3 BHK-4 BHK Flat from 1400 Sq. Ft. to 2500 Sq. Ft. at great deals.
The DLF Belvedere Towers is a great property near Sector 24, Central Gurgaon and a good holiday to everyone are good as several facilities and great environment.
I had purchased a flat in the DLF Belvedere Towers and I am very happy with my investment. However I had dirt with the issue of irregular maintenance which I had complaint about. But the facilities and infrastructure make it a great deal for you.
The DLF Belvedere Towers is a great real estate investment opportunity considering all the factors. However, the only issue that I faced was the less transportation facilities which are available. However, if you have a personal vehicle then it is a great deal.
