I am a permanent resident of Kalwa, Thane and I have a business in electronic goods. The area is good for small and medium-sized businesses. The area is well-connected to highways and has numerous schools and colleges so there is a demand for electronic goods. The atmosphere is quietly fresh and friendly. The transport facility is also good and supermarkets are within walking distance. The locality is very calm and decent.

I had lived in Kalwa for many years. In my view it is a safe palace and patrolling is also done at night which is a good initiative by the government. It has numerous institutions and is a good place for career development. Well-known IT companies are also available in Kalwa. The environment is good in Kalwa and one can have a friendly neighborhood. Shopping and
hospitals are nearby.

Kalwa is regarded to be a commercial and industrial locality. It is in the stage of many more
developments in the coming days I am a permanent resident over here. It is a prime location to stay as the market and hospitals are close. It takes 5 minutes to walk from the railway station to Kalwa. It is a very safe place to live in. Three major national highways are connected to it.

I rented the house in the locality in the area of Kalwa, Thane. The markets are at a distance of 5 to 8 minutes. There are good colleges like N.G Bedekar College of Commerce and Tmc Law
College. It is a hub of commercialization like Sigma IT Park and Lakhani Industries Limited.
One negative aspect of Kalwa is that there is no connectivity to the metro and the area faces water shortage.

I have rented a house near the local area and I must say it is very easy to get all the necessary
items. Korum mall is nearby and the railway station is also near. The area is of less traffic and a
parking facility is also provided. One major drawback of the palace is that it is a flooded area. It
becomes hard to stay in Kalwa in the rainy season.
