I used to reside there a few years back. One thing I must mention about the place is that it had
been fantastic, and I enjoyed a lot, residing there a. Gurgaon Railway Station, which was 5 km
away, Basai Dhankot Railway Station, which is 6 km away, and Bijwasan Railway Station,
which is 7 km away from my house, so I could very easily go to my office every day, by train. I
also had gotten the facilities of schools, coaching centers, and transportation for my children for their studies.

The place is very close to my soul as I have been living here for the last seven years. What I
love the most about this place is its environment, which is fabulous. The Huda City
Centre Metro Station (B) is very near, and I can go to the office daily by metro, which is very

The place is very convenient to reside in, as I can get all kinds of facilities here, like schools,
colleges, hospitals, etc. Sector 44 is only 20 minutes away from Noida Special Economic Zone, which is a good place for work. The Bus stop is very near to me, and I can go to my office by bus very easily. The place is quite greener, for there are designated green belts, public parks, tree cover, etc. I enjoy residing at the venue very much.

I like this place very much, I always get help from the neighbors, and the environment is also
good. Delhi Airport is 18 km away from my house, and I have to travel by flight frequently. I find it problematic to reach the airport at the right time. Nevertheless, the place is overall pocket-friendly and comfortable to reside in. It has beautiful roads but a few traffic jams, which cause some problems.

The place is quite amazing to reside in. The hospital is a little away from my house as I have an old parent for a regular check-up, and I feel a slight problem here. Otherwise, the place is,
enriched with parks, gardens, cinema halls, schools, colleges, restaurants, etc. Ardee Mall is
very near to me, and I enjoy shopping there every weekend and also hangout with friends. The availability of a car is a little bit problematic here, but not always. Otherwise, the place is very nice.
