Mostly through Paud Road and Chandni Chowk, I find cabs and buses very quickly. Even late into the evening, I feel secure in my neighborhood. I like daily walks around open green areas and near to Bavdhan hills. Knowing that good schools like Ryan International and Sahyadri Hospital are nearby helps me to relax. Near to my house, I love tiny cafés, grocery stores, and neighborhood marketplaces. I get the impression that my neighbors are friendly and supportive. I only experience traffic during peak times; narrow inside roads should be swiftly improved for a better life.

One good school is Nova International; the Deshpande Clinics is a local hospital I utilise. Peak-hour Paud Road traffic is my first worry.

The growing infrastructure was a major benefit as it provided fast access to top hospitals like Chellaram Hospital and great schools like Ryan International. Though the metro was nearby at Vanaz Station, the local bus system was dependable and connectivity was great via NDA Road and the Mumbai-Bangalore motorway. We enjoyed many outdoor activity choices and plenty of eating at spots like Frangipani, which was really enjoyable. My major letdown was the great scarcity of water we experienced, often fighting for good drinking water. Furthermore, slow and annoying was the journey to the principal city because of heavy traffic congestion on the main routes from continuous building.
