Here I feel rather content. The magnificent, modern buildings give this neighborhood a lively vibe and I feel quite safe. Being so near, my simplest means of transportation is jumping in a taxi to the airport. My everyday life makes me pleased since all is near by. I am next to the great IT hubs. My youngster attends Nirmala Convent School; Rising Medicare Hospital is closest. For fun, I like the large shopping malls and fitness facilities. Young, working people make up most of my everyday life in the neighbourhood. The parking scenario demands great enhancement, and I hope the local internal roads lacked so many potholes.

Very good society and locality near Eon IT Park in kharadi Pune
We know Gera Developments is a name synonymous with quality and design excellence. Gera Emerald City is a beautiful Project by Gera developer. We bought our 3BHK flat in an affordable range. We are happy to have such a beautiful flat in Pune.
The location of this project has good connectivity. Connecting roads are Mundhwa road and Nagar road. Many national and international schools are very near to this project. This project location has connected to Grand road. Mula Mutha river nearby this project location. Many schools and hospitals are near the apartment.
I am satisfied with the indoor and outdoor works of the apartment. The building has good construction. The walls and floor construction work and designs are impressive. Oil bounded distemper and verified tiles work are attractive. We get a comfortable room with enough space. Have enough windows in all rooms.
I am enjoying extraordinary benefits like Indoor Games, lift facilities, Amphitheater, etc. We get outstanding options in sports like Gymnasium, Cricket ground, Skating Rink, Cycle Track, Badminton Court, and many more. We have a beautiful park in the apartment. This company provides their resident with a good security system.
Gera Emerald City's neighborhood is very polite. This project makes it an ideal destination for a luxurious lifestyle. I am happy to be part of this project. Gera Emerald is never disappointed me anymore. We are very confident in our choice and recommend it to others.
