I love Seawoods for its upscale lifestyle and beautiful Flamingo Point. Commuting is easy via the railway and the nearby Belapur Metro. Apollo Hospital and Grand Central Mall are huge perks. The greenery is amazing here near the CBD Belapur offices. However, I face high maintenance costs and heavy monsoon waterlogging daily.

Seawoods is beautiful with its sea breeze. I pay 35,000 rent for my house. The locality has high rental demand. I really love the elite crowd and hanging out at Palm Beach Road. Transport is easy with the station nearby. I hate the noise, stray dogs, and dust in this area.

This place is safe at night, has ample parking space and good public transport. The shopping malls are great. Seawoods locality is one of the most developed areas of Navi Mumbai with good infrastructural developments around the area.

The location of Seawoods, Navi Mumbai is very beautiful and it is located very close to palm beach road. The roads are very wide and well-connected and the environment is hygienic and clean. The Seawoods Darave Railway station is only 300 meters away from the locality. The station is located in the basement of the Seawood Grand Central Mall. D Mart is only 5 minutes away from my home.
