    Owning a house in Sohna gives me great happiness. I travel to the Sohna Road offices relatively easily. For excellent instruction, I advise GD Goenka World School. For crises, Vardaan Hospital is quite trustworthy. Weekend meals at Om Sweets delight me. I am very troubled by the absence of a metro connection and dust.

    I find Sohna an extremely practical place to stay in Gurgaon. South of Gurgaon has come up in a big way, with multiple infra project and top-class real estate developments being built here. Property rates are also going up lately, which has added more value to my own investment. Also, I feel that connectivity-wise, the elevated corridor has transformed the experience of commuting each day. NH-48 and the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway are also close by, while I am bullish about the upcoming Haryana Orbital Rail Corridor. It will add more to the development here. However, the water and power supply need to be improved, although I am confident that it will happen soon.

    I was very confident about investing in the South of Gurugram, as they call Sohna, these days. I had done my research and knew that the locality had huge future potential. This is because of the Elevated Corridor to Gurgaon (Makes life simpler), and also the planned development of nearby zones, where you’ll find hospitals like Medanta, schools like GD Goenka, and many other amenities. Prices were reasonable back then, and I am already happy about the appreciation, since this is going to be the next development corridor. One of the things I like about staying here is how easy it is to just get down to the Damdama Lake and relax. The only issue is still power and water supply shortages, but they will get resolved soon.

    From schools like GD Goenka to Medanta and other hospitals, Sohna offers access to the entire infrastructure we look for, as a family. The Elevated Corridor has been an excellent project, lowering the travel time to main Gurgaon. I find the property rates still reasonable here, with excellent future appreciation potential. One of the biggest advantages of living here is the lovely views of the Aravalli hills. Also, many nearby tourist attractions are there, which we visit on weekends, including the famous Shiva Temple, Damdama Lake for boating, and the Sohna Hill Fort. I think power and water supply are the key things that need to be fixed in this locality.

    I feel at ease residing in this region, and I can say that it has a peaceful charm. It falls on NH-248A with proper road connectivity and increasing projects that ease the journey to Gurgaon. Gated societies, markets and gardens, and evening strolls beside lakes and parks, the region has all these. I am safe on most days, due to community presence and several families opt for it for affordable rentals and new housing options. Future metro projects and highway extension ensure improved connectivity in the near future. Though I am plagued by two problems. Sohna continues to be slightly distance from central Gurgaon for daily office work. There are certain local roads that are not even and waterlogged due to rain. Even so, I suggest Sohna for serene and economic living.

    I visit Sohna's road every day and I inform customers this area is developing rapidly and robust. Sohna Road connects suitably with NH248A and the Southern Peripheral Road. Recently raised corridors and proposed metro extensions guarantee quicker commutes and improved connectivity. The region boasts growing residential schemes, quality schools and hospitals. Prices are relatively still affordable compared to central Gurgaon but provide bigger houses and consistent rental interest from office workers. Green enclaves and surrounding Aravalli foothills provide actual open vistas and quieter ambiance than the city. Locality markets and newer retail complexes make life easy on a day-to-day basis. I would suggest Sohna for homebuyers looking for value and long-term appreciation. Two areas for improvement are regular traffic jams on market sections and irregular drainage and road maintenance.

    I will give a full rating to Sohna, at least in my own experience. I believe that this is going to be the hottest future real estate corridor of Gurgaon, and that’s why I have invested here. Already, there has been huge property price appreciation on Sohna road, and the six-lane elevated corridor has made travelling to main Gurgaon very easy. The KMP and upcoming Delhi-Mumbai Expressways is steadily making this a prime location. The 2031 Master Plan and affordable home prices are still giving a boost to the property market here, along with multiple commercial zones that are coming up nearby. If the traffic jams come down, then it will be a perfect ten on ten for me!

    Affordability of the Sohna area is great in comparison to core Gurgaon. Our quality of life remains high with excellent balance of peace and greens in proximity to the Aravallis. Due to the improved Sohna Road and the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway connecting us swiftly to prime locations. We also have tremendous future potential with educational centers such as GD Goenka University close by and future industrialization coming up in the IMT sector, thus promising long-term appreciation. We are extremely secure here in our gated community. My only key recommendation for enhancement is the imperative necessity to increase dedicated public transport like ubiquitous government buses since otherwise traveling without a personal vehicle can be a tad cumbersome.

    Residing in Sohna, Gurgaon is like a tranquil retreat with nature spread everywhere. I adore the greenery, hills, and tranquil atmosphere far from the city mayhem. Hot springs, ancient forts, and temples impart a cultural essence to this location. Connectivity is fine with Sohna Road, Golf Course Extension Road, and nearness to Gurgaon and Delhi. Ryan International and GD Goenka schools, K.R. Manglam, and shopping malls such as Signature Global Infinity ease everyday life. Neighborhood eateries are good for informal dining as well. I think Sohna is developing rapidly, but public transport could be better, and water supply runs out sometimes during summers.

    Positives: I should say dwelling in Sohna was a welcome respite from the city life of hustle and bustle. The place had a serene and pollution-free atmosphere, added to by plenty of green belts. Its position on the highway corridor facilitated smooth connectivity to the key regions of Gurgaon. I appreciated the service roads, which were properly maintained, and the security arrangements were exemplary. The area had a range of amenities such as operational hospitals, educational institutions, and eateries like McDonald's and Haldiram, which were just walking distances away. That said, I think the development of recreational facilities and entertainment options can be improved to upgrade the lifestyle of the community.

There are good schools, hospitals, and shopping malls in the area, making life quite convenient. There are open spaces, parks, and weekend recreational sites that make the place so invigorating. Modern amenities and gated communities with complete security are provided in new residential complexes. Property prices are affordable in relation to central Gurgaon, and that's what makes it desirable. To make it more desirable, enhanced public transport facilities and improved road maintenance in certain zones would be beneficial. All things considered, Sohna is a cozy and fulfilling place to live.
