We have such a lively, mixed community here, and in comparison to South Mumbai. Negatives: It's just a fantastic, vibrant community that has everything that a family requires for good living. If I must choose one minus point, it would be traffic jam and parking.

Positives: I have been living in Kandivali West for decades now and have witnessed this area change into something really beautiful. The largest advantage is the accessibility. The railway station is just a step away, and with the Western Express Highway right beside you, commuting is never a problem. You have everything here, be it good schools for the children to markets and malls like Growels 101. It is a total package. Negatives: My one worry is with how much population is coming in now. It does make some areas feel a bit too populated, but I guess that's something to look forward to in a good place to live.

The residential compounds are generally new, and I have plenty of choices for both customers and investors. Negatives: There are still some areas with lots of old buildings that require renovation, but with the new construction. Overall, I believe the atmosphere is certainly getting better and better each day.
