Wring in the IT Park I find it very convenient to live here and my daily commute and from work is easy which makes me like the locality of Kharadi even more.

One of Pune's most well-known neighborhoods, Kharadi is flanked by three significant IT Parks and commercial areas. Pune's real estate market is undergoing massive building, as potential purchasers searching for adequately priced complexes in Kharadi have always placed Pune's real estate market at the top of their list of investment opportunities.

The upcoming Ring Road is expedited to increase the connectivity of the Kharadi area. I find the pace to be perfect for residential living with all conveniences nearby. But many areas around the locality in the by-lanes experience waterlogging issues.

Though Kharadi is a posh locality with a good social infrastructure it might still be a bit overhyped as the property valuation is rising steeply. The value of apartments in the locality is higher than in the surrounding neighborhood due to the IT parks nearby. If you are working there it is a great residential area but people who seek a city life might be dissatisfied as the leisure options are few in the locality.
