For me, the short distance to my workplace in the nearby tech parks helps most. My daily commute is via the Sector 55-56 Rapid Metro station. Park Hospital is a recommendation for any medical requirement. Because it saves me a lot of travel time, I rent just for professional reasons. With rents on the higher side, I would say the neighborhood is not particularly cheap. The building dust from fresh projects bugs me. I recommend this place for the excellent reach to the Sector 55-56 Rapid Metro. Families seem to love nearby Park Hospital's care as well as top schools like VIBGYOR High. Because gated townships provide high-end security, I believe the area is rather safe for women late at night. Evening gatherings are welcome in the lovely manicured parks and nearby commercial centers. I see the rental return here is rather good. Flooding during storms and absence of public lighting need urgent care, though.
