I enjoy living in Joka because I find it peaceful and green. I like that I have St Francis Elite School and ESIC Hospital nearby. I visit Nicco Park often. I feel rents are reasonable. I wish roads were better and drainage issues were fixed. Life here is mostly easy.

The infrequent metro is one thing that gets me. The drainage system to prevent monsoon waterlogging is the primary one needing an upgrade.

Rising rents make me wonder if my investment is worthwhile. In inner lanes, better street illumination and quicker subway finishing need fast enhancement.
