I love Majiwada’s central location. I enjoy the great connectivity to the Eastern Express Highway. My suggestions for weekend fun are Viviana Mall nearby. I feel safe with the urban planning. My experiences at Bethany Hospital and CP Goenka School are excellent. However, I hate high rents and crowded public transport.

I find this green environment very peaceful. My experiences living near the city center are great for my lifestyle. I appreciate the high rental yield income from my property. My suggestions include visiting local parks. I really find the dusty roads and slow garbage collection quite frustrating and bad.

I recommend Majiwada for its top connectivity via Eastern Express Highway and Ghodbunder Road and strong schools and hospitals nearby. Well-lit roads and gated cities like Rustomjee Urbania make the neighbourhood very safe for women at night. A major victory for me is the 4–7% rental return. Still, I think the monsoon waterlogging and peak-hour traffic have to be much improved. This is a change in way of life.

Relaxing time at Viviana and Korum Mall, and the beautiful foliage close to Yeoor Hills is absolutely what I love. With consistent rental demand, I feel sure my investment is justified. I am advocating rapid upgrades in the Majiwada junction traffic and parking administration.
