Living in Banjara Hills makes me quite happy. The great trees and affluent lifestyle of this region are, in my opinion, its main benefits. As a renter, the luxury malls and proximity to my employment are my chief benefits. My journey is aided by the Irrum Manzil metro station; the local bus system is quite good. For all medical demands, Star Hospital is advised; having the Apollo Institute of Medical Sciences next is rather useful. Renting here serves my job. Though not quite cheap, this region is worth it in my opinion. The noise coming from the major highway bothers me particularly. Public parking space shortages are the major concern.

In my opinion, Banjara Hills is the premier luxury destination; hence, I advise all of my customers to select it. I find the green and the undulating highways here appealing. I see simple road tripping at number one and the neighborhood subway. My recommendation for Meridian School and Care Hospital is to choose this region. Even for women, I feel quite secure walking here at night. Every day I love the crisp air at KBR Park. I see here quite high rental yields. The great volume of cars and lack of parking spots are a little taxing for me. I think living here offers a unique sort of pride not available anywhere else.

I feel like royalty living in Banjara Hills because it is the most magnificent and mountainous area in Hyderabad. The luxurious way of life appeals to me, as does my simple travel through Road No. 1 and the Metro. Because Meridian School and Care Hospital are only minutes away, I advise this location. The strong police presence and top-tier audience make me feel very secure for women at night here. Nearby at KBR Park, I love the vibrant green and the serene strolls. From well-known tenants, my investment generates substantial rental revenue. I want, though, a fast fix for the severe traffic jams and enhanced footpath maintenance. Our city really boasts this neighbourhood.

I came here to work at a commercial center on road. They took rent here and live for 6 months now and I enjoyed the lifestyle of this place. The weather is so pleasant and calm and in the evening I like to spend time in the nearby gym center. Also, a park in the nearby location is a good place to visit with friends on the weekend. Food courts and restaurants are surrounded everywhere.

Banjara Hills is a commercial centre where one can find most affluent neighbourhoods. The place is very calm and clean also surrounded by many trees and park. I am happy to be here for more than 6 years now. I like the place for its road numbers. Office buildings, hotels, restaurants, night club are make this place more special and attractive to the businessman. If you are working professional, then it is the best place to have your home in banjara.

Banjara Hills is an elite society where I can find all the big markets shopping malls, five-star hotels, and theatres. It is best for the visitors. One can enjoy the nightlife that the city offers. I have had my own home here for more than 30 years and I see how things change with the years. The climate here is very good all year round. Jalagam Vengal Rao Park is a real attraction here in banjara hills.

Positives: Banjara Hills has me as a really satisfied owner. I want to emphasize the remarkable local here. I believe the opulent parks like KBR Park benefit the area. Because Meridian School is nearby, top schools like Meridian School have made my experience fantastic. Every line of my experience demonstrates that this is the most affluent address in the city.

Negatives: Still, I have some thoughts on the lack of resources. Internal sector roads call for better maintenance. The dearth of free parking areas close to commercial businesses also constitutes a disadvantage. For a better experience, I sincerely wish the municipal corporation would repair the open drainage areas as soon as possible.

Positives: I consider Hyderabad's heart to be Banjara Hills; I am a content and happy owner. Being in the middle of the city, this site is rather practical for me. I find that emergency rooms such as Care Hospital are only minutes away. I think that for a calm existence, the connectivity through buses and the metro close by in Punjagutta is quite beneficial. For restaurants and shopping, I can go to GVK One Mall very easily. The constant police surveillance makes me feel secure here.

Negatives: Moreover, the intense traffic and noisy honking disturb me quite a lot. These serious issues we encounter daily demand fast action and improved traffic control.

Positives: I had very exquisite experiences there and dwelt in Banjara Hills. The expensive cafes and the vegetation most appealed to me. Central connectivity to Jubilee Hills and Panjagutta gave me significant benefits. Because they were so quiet, I really enjoyed spending my time in KBR Park and near Lotus Pond. I worked close to the Hitech City hub, which was a convenient drive away. I valued the medical care at Star Hospital and the education at Kalpa School. My late-night walks felt the surroundings were quite safe.

Negatives: I had a negative experience with the excessive noise coming from commercial structures, though. I thought local road maintenance needed urgent action. I long for the elegance.

Positives: I relocated here because I work in the neighbouring Hitech City and Gachibowli office centres. The elite lifestyle and the lovely vegetation surrounding KBR Park define this place's greatest asset. To get to the local marketplaces, I either use the adjacent Irrum Manzil metro or drive. For my evening strolls, I enjoy shopping at Ashoka Metropolitan Mall and having Jalagam Vengal Rao Park nearby. Hospitals like Basavatarakam are right here, and the streets are well-lit, hence I feel secure.

Negatives: The lack of late-night public transportation and the steep slopes that render strolling challenging both add significantly to my primary trouble. I believe the government should take care of garbage collection and rough roads.

I am very lucky that I have my own home in this commercial region of the city. The city center is just 20 min from my home and the nearest metro station is Irrum Manzil which is 14 km away. Bus service here is good but the traffic in the peak office hours is terrible. Local political chaos is also a problem. But I must say if you live in Banjara Hills you should enjoy the high living and can visit most of the renowned restaurants in the city.

Since it is a commercial place the land value is very high here in Banjara. I was there in my flat 2 years back when I came here for my job. This is the best place to hang out with friends and family members. Irrum Manzil metro station is the nearest metro station to my location. KBR national park is one of the best places to visit for tourist people. The one downside that I don’t like about this place is no private buses are available late at night and only private cars are the options to travel at a high price.

Positives: In Banjara Hills, I'm a joyful small renter. The distinctiveness of the area, in my view, comes from its high-end stores and the exquisite Jalagam Vengalrao Park. With easy access to the commercial areas, it is ideally positioned in the city center. I believe the rents are extremely exorbitant, even while my experience as a renter is not too bad. The primary advantages of this location are the surrounding luxury dining and entertainment choices. Good connection is provided by the Irrum Manzil metro station.

Negatives: I recommend universities like the Delhi School of Excellence and hospitals such Century Hospital. Although safety is usually excellent, I have come across stories of little thefts in packed stores. Better street lighting is really necessary in the narrower lanes.

Positives: I see Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, as the most exclusive address, so that is where my money goes. I believe the premium membership is a big advantage for my profile. The hilly vibe of the area appeals to me. For my daily needs, I find great help from the proximity to Care Hospital and Meridian School. The close Punjagutta Metro station is where I get my travel perks. I consider the neighbourhood to be secure.

Negatives: My expectations for the narrow internal lanes and busy hill-slope traffic genuinely let me down. Fixing the ancient drainage lines would be my recommendation. The paucity of parking on the No. 12 road frustrates me considerably.
