Positives: Kandivali West provides a balanced lifestyle with great connectivity and amenities. It has well paved roads, good public transport options, and numerous shopping centers, schools, and hospitals. Citizens get to experience a combination of urban amenities and green spaces, making it a good place for families and working professionals. Negatives: But no location is free from problems. Peak hour traffic congestion can be problematic to travel emergency demand, and parking spaces are not abundant in some areas, it causes urgent parking in anywhere is inconvenient. Also, some areas in the locality get waterlogged during the rainy season for excessive rain, which causes inconvenience to daily life.

Positives: You see, finding a home in this locality was one of the smartest things I have ever done for my family. I really love the great social infrastructure. We have very good schools and hospitals all around, and shopping places like Raghuleela Mall are so accessible. The connectivity is great, being near the railway station and the Western Express Highway, and the prices of this property are relatively affordable when compared to other prime suburbs of Mumbai. The area is also safe, with proper lighting and good security guards patrolling. Negatives: The monsoon causes waterlogging, which is maddening and brings everything to a grinding halt. All the big bad notwithstanding, the convenient proximity of everything, ranging from parks to Charkop's industrial area, makes me assured that I'll be smiling here for years to come.

Positives: This neighborhood is totally worth five stars. Connectivity is actually what makes life so convenient. We have the local train station at Kandivali, the Charkop metro station just nearby, and easy access to the Western Express Highway and Link Road. All you could possibly want is here: great schools, good hospitals, and great local markets, all the large malls and cinema halls to boot. We have such a lively, mixed community here, and in comparison to South Mumbai. Negatives: It's just a fantastic, vibrant community that has everything that a family requires for good living. If I must choose one minus point, it would be traffic jam and parking.

Positives: I have been living in Kandivali West for decades now and have witnessed this area change into something really beautiful. The largest advantage is the accessibility. The railway station is just a step away, and with the Western Express Highway right beside you, commuting is never a problem. You have everything here, be it good schools for the children to markets and malls like Growels 101. It is a total package. Negatives: My one worry is with how much population is coming in now. It does make some areas feel a bit too populated, but I guess that's something to look forward to in a good place to live.

Positives: This zone is ideal for families seeking convenience without confusion. I appreciate how well the location is accessed with the Western Express Highway and the railway station, and it makes traveling convenient. I always mention the schools, hospitals, and shopping malls in the vicinity, and I believe this makes day-to-day life easy. I like to show the green plots, play areas, and tranquil roads that actually make the place a cozy, homely experience. The residential compounds are generally new, and I have plenty of choices for both customers and investors. Negatives: There are still some areas with lots of old buildings that require renovation, but with the new construction. Overall, I believe the atmosphere is certainly getting better and better each day.

Positives: I discovered that this project is a blend of affordability and convenience. The locality has great connectivity through Western Express Highway and local trains, and traveling to Andheri, Goregaon, or BKC was relatively convenient. Institutes like Swami Vivekananda International School and Pawar Public School, and hospitals like Shivam and Chavan, made life easy. Shopping malls, restaurants, gyms, and parks like Kamala Vihar Jogger's Park made the area attractive. Negatives: Nevertheless, there were some drawbacks. Peak hour traffic jams were exasperating, waterlogging in certain places during monsoons, and random safety issues, particularly for women, existed. In spite of all this, I had a good time here and liked its affordability and accessibility ratio.

Positives: See, this part of Kandivali has a lot going for it, in my opinion. The Kandivali railway station is not very far, and the Link Road, SV Road, and WEH- you can access all of them without difficulties. Kamala Vihar Jogger’s Park and other green spaces are abundantly available, along with ATMs, local restaurants, clinics, schools, and even shopping malls. The best part is that you can access the dedicated metro station at Kandivali West for smooth connectivity to various Mumbai areas. Negatives: Kandivali West is a sorted locality in most cases. However, two things that I wish to highlight are the poor road conditions after every monsoon, and also the lack of parking spaces in many places.
