With business centers such as SEEPZ and MIDC, it becomes a hub for professionals. With malls like Infiniti and Phoenix Market city, along with world class schools and hospitals, residents have a well balanced lifestyle. Befitting its status as one of the most sought after properties among buyers and investors Negatives: Traffic jams during rush hour are a routine affair, particularly around key junctions. Secondly, the monsoons tend to cause waterlogging in some low lying areas, creating temporary discomforts. The overall infrastructure and facilities make Andheri East a popular destination for both residential and commercial needs.

Positives: I came to Andheri East on a job transfer, and I own a house here. I have good connectivity here. It has metro connectivity, buses, Jogeshwari-Vikhroli Link Road, Andheri-Kurla Road and the Western Express Highway. SEEPZ, MIDC and a lot of corporate offices are nearby, so job opportunities are close. Good hospitals, colleges, supermarkets and an active food culture provide daily convenience, and housing options vary from old buildings to new towers. Negatives: Two drawbacks I experience are congested traffic during rush hour and waterlogging during the monsoon due to poor drainage. Parking may be congested, either, but basic amenities are dependable. I feel secure, neighbours are friendly and rental conditions sustain property prices. I am happy, and I suggest Andheri East to professionals and working families who desire city access with amenities.

Positives: The locality is home to several fantastic real estate projects. Prices have gone up, and it is slowly becoming a premium area of Mumbai. IT parks, MIDC, Chakala, SEEPZ- everything is quite accessible, and there is also the railway station nearby. The Mumbai airport is also not too far, and the Metro Line 1 is another benefit of staying here. Lots of social amenities are available here, and it is a family-friendly neighborhood. Negatives: Green cover has come down in some pockets due to construction activity. This needs to be looked into.

The connectivity is unmatched; to have the Metro Line 1 and the Western Express Highway on my doorstep means my daily commute is made easy, and reaching the airport is a mere drive away. It's really the city's business center—being situated so near big IT parks and MNC offices gives tremendous rental value and a nice, professional ambiance. Aside from investment worth, the sheer convenience of residing here is great. The vibe of the area is amazing! Negatives: If I were to choose one small negative, it's that the traffic jam, particularly around the highway, can get annoying at times, but hello, that's Mumbai life.

It's like a never-ending orchestra of drills and hammers.

I had been living here for 4 years as a tenant of a house with my family. This place is well connected with other parts of the city. Many home projects make this place their first choice for their housing projects. This place has all kinds of basic amenities available like schools, colleges, shops, local markets, clinics, banks, and ATMs nearby. The residents of the place can avail of the metro and the international airport is just 3 km away from this place.

This place is a popular area for commercial hubs in Mumbai. There are many private schools as well as public schools available here. This place has good connectivity with other places in Mumbai with all kinds of transport facilities. Residents can enjoy the metro connectivity through a station on line 1 of the Mumbai Metro. At present SEEPZ and MIDC makes the locality a key industrial hub.
