Wadhwa Pristine scores 9.6 in the value for money index. Asa real estate investor for years, I can say it is a valuebuying. It is located in the heart of Mumbai city. Hence,connectivity is easy from the project space.
Wadhwa Pristine is just close to INOX Nakshatra Mall andMatunga railway station. Being located in the Centre ofMumbai, the connectivity score of Wadhwa Pristine is 9.6. Icouldn’t ask more as it is close to Chhatrapati ShivajiMaharaj International Airport.
Wadhwa Pristine offers 1BHK, 2BHK, and 3BHK apartmentsstarting from 2.46 Cr. The project is close to Matungarailway station. I think it is one of the best luxuriousresidential projects spread over just 0.1 acres. BKC is alsonear the project area.
