I find Kollur famous for its luxury high-rise gated communities. I am located right on the ORR. My experiences with high rental yield are amazing. The upcoming Tellapur techno-city extension looks great. My major disappointments are the slow sewage work and the lack of a proper local police station.

I live in this beautiful, rising area. My experiences are good because I am near Gaudium School and Continental Hospital. I enjoy Lahari Resorts nearby. Rents are very cheap for me. However, the lack of piped water and poor mobile network bother us every day. I hope things improve soon.

I suggest this beautiful locality to clients for its great connectivity via ORR and strong long-term growth. I see good facilities like Birla Open Minds and Samashti International School, and nearby hospitals like Continental. I see future metro plans. I warn my clients that there is limited public transport and few shopping hubs.

I love Kollur for its peaceful greenery and Outer Ring Road access. The Financial District is very close. Nearby Neopolis and Continental Hospital are huge pluses for me. The upcoming metro will be great for this locality. However, I hate the frequent power cuts and lack of proper streetlights here.

I like peaceful nighttime strolls as well as open parks. I believe my investment has some value. Here I suggest a fast upgrade on more streetlights and better local highways.

Negatives: I was really disturbed by the scarcity of businesses, bad street lighting, and building dust. I felt completely isolated.

Positives: I find the safety and proximity to Samashti International School very helpful. My experiences are positive due to the fresh air and greenery. I spend weekends at Songbird Park with family.

Negatives: I am concerned about urgent road repairs and the dust from heavy construction trucks which I really dislike.
