I am a quite happy owner in Sector 73, Noida and I am sure about my decision. With quick access to Vikas Marg and stations for the Noida metro in Sector 51 and Sector 52, the location provides great connectivity. For kids' schooling, nearby schools are Raghav Public School and Apeejay School. Tripathi and Yatharth's hospitals are close for emergencies, therefore providing some relief. The cost was reasonable relative to many central Noida areas and the infrastructure appears contemporary, spotless, and safe. I would like more shaded seating and community benches in the parks to help one to appreciate evenings better.

Choosing Sector 73 was the greatest option for my family and our way of life. I appreciate how well linked the area is and its calm, established vibe. Positives: Years of residency here have given me great value for this location. Traveling is simple because we are mere minutes from both the Noida Sector 51 and Noida Sector 52 metro stops. Great road access is provided by Captain Shashi Kant Marg and Vikas Marg. For amusement, there are local markets like Sector 50 Market nearby as well as Logix City Centre Mall. Quality hospitals like Shri Ram Singh and Raghav Public School Mult speciality are close by. I advise it for the convenience of city access; it is a perfect, quiet haven for families.
