    Living in Sector 75 really appealed to me. It was a thoughtfully designed, contemporary community that always felt very secure. The highlights were its amazing connectivity. Several metro stations like Noida Sector 52 nearby let travel be simple. At Felix Hospital, we had quick access to excellent medical care as well as outstanding local schools like Manav Rachna International School. Spectrum Mall was there for pleasure, providing great retail and culinary choices. My major grievance was the unrelenting dust contamination, which often felt unavoidable, and despite the arrangements, rush-hour traffic on the major roadways remained underwhelming. All things considered, it was a totally balanced, green, and safe housing centre.

    Given its close proximity to major IT and corporate centres, I selected this lovely place sometime ago. It greatly reduces my daily office travel. Though this is definitely in the high-end rental range, the quality of contemporary infrastructure more than compensates for every rupee. From basic items at Patanjali Mega Store to the ease of the Aqua Line Metro, this location provides everything. Planned housing developments offer lovely, clean surroundings and great amounts of green. The significant dust pollution from continuous development nearby. It really compromises air quality, is my only worry. This great, easily accessible neighbourhood is really appealing to me.

Other stations are also within a short distance, along with the key roads and DLF Mall of India and other shopping malls. Healthcare and schools are also available within 10-15 minutes, while multiple residential complexes have also come up here in recent years. Property rates are also decent if you’re looking for a good lifestyle without going over-budget.

    Noida’s Sector 75 impressed me over the years, with its overall peaceful nature and welcoming locals. There are shops and necessities near my home, while the Sector 50, 51, and 76 metro stations are also pretty accessible from the locality. Delhi, Noida, and Ghaziabad places are easy to access by car, while multiple local restaurants and cafes have changed the profile of the neighbourhood as well.

    If you look at some other sectors, the green spaces in the area are somewhat less. This is something I feel the authorities can improve, i.e. look for more tree plantation to reduce the heat and pollution.
