Positives: It's a fantastic location where I reside. For me, it implies easy work commutes to the IT hub and having everything I need within reach, ranging from big hospitals to supermarkets. The area is actually well-planned, and it is safe, with many big residential complexes. Negatives: The one thing that I have to mention as a drawback is that the water supply is tricky during the summer months. Also, the nightlife here is quite subdued.
Positives: The area is near HITEC City and Gachibowli, with several IT offices such as Google and Accenture in the vicinity. Additionally, malls (Sarath City), quality schools and hospitals. The airport is also within 27 km. Negatives: I am disappointed with the summer water shortages and, few potholes on the Gachibowli-Miyapur road. Also, little nightlife and a few illegal constructions are being regularised.
Positives: I opted for staying in Kondapur due to its great connectivity to IT parks such as Gachibowli and Madhapur. The roads are smooth, there are good schools and hospitals, and it's also a very secure place to reside. Negatives: Traffic can be a nightmare, particularly during rush hours. Additionally, certain districts experience summer water shortages, which is of great concern.
Positives: I enjoy residing in Kondapur. It's one of the prime IT centers with excellent connectivity to the city and metro, as well as good social amenities in the form of malls and hospitals. Negatives: The only significant drawback is the congested traffic, which becomes extremely poor during rush hours. The neighbourhood is also densely populated, and certain sections experience water shortages
