Living in Baner, I am a very happy owner and I believe this place was a good investment. Near the Baner-Pashan hills, the area glimmers with contemporary infrastructure, including wide highways, efficient drainage, and plenty of green spaces. Connectivity is noteworthy, as the soon-to-be Pune Metro Line 3 will have a station close by and today buses connect Baner well. Top colleges within reach include VIBGYOR High and Cambridge School, and hospitals like Jupiter and Lifepoint. Though the cost stays more reasonable than central Pune, the surroundings is welcoming, clean, and family-friendly. More focused community parks for children and weekend recreation would be one little change I would wish for.

Baner is my home, and I adore the blending of metropolitan amenities and mountain vistas. Local markets address daily needs; I swiftly arrive at IT centers and institutions. The peace of mind given by ambulances and medical assistance from nearby multidisciplinary institutions helps me. On weekends, I run on Baner Hill and check small lakes and green corners. For daily convenience, more regular internal feeder buses and revitalized neighborhood areas on idle land would be very welcome. Baner offers a contemporary, good home to live and invest.

Baner is a good locality. Located in the Western part of the city. It has good connectivity to school, college, hospital, bank and market. Round the clock connectivity with all surrounding amenities like Mall Hospitals, Schools/college. Numerous renowned schools and colleges are situated in Baner, alleviating the concerns of parents about education facilities. Esteemed institutions like Symbiosis International University and Mercedes-Benz International School adorn the locality.

Positives: Baner was ideal for my office travel as it was right near Hinjewadi IT Park. The energetic way of life was the finest part. I really enjoyed Balewadi High Street's great restaurants and nightlife. The Mumbai-Pune Expressway provided flawless connection, and nearby locations included Jupiter Hospital and The Orchid School. My apartment was a good place to live because of the demand for rentals it demonstrated for the neighbourhood’s attraction.

Negatives: During the hot summer months, I frequently had to count on water tankers for erratic water supply. Furthermore, the quick growth implied that some internal home residential streets lacked adequate street lighting.

Positives: I live in Baner and like the energetic attitude and residential convenience there. I like the blend of houses that have modern elements, nearby IT centers, and businesses. The rise in value has been robust, which puts me at ease regarding long-term investing. Schools and hospitals cater to every need; daily amenities are nearby.

Negatives: Still, I have seen a few things that might get better: The water pressure in my building dips occasionally; trash collection services could be more reliable. Also, street lighting in a few lanes is less strong late at night. Notwithstanding these, I would gladly dwell here for years since Baner is a great location to call home.

Positives: The energy here makes me really joyful. With great access everywhere, it is perfectly positioned in West Pune. Being close to Hinjewadi IT Park and the Mumbai Pune Expressway especially, the connectivity is excellent. Besides top-notch schools like The Orchid School and major hospitals like Jupiter, the planned Pune Metro Line-3 will include a Baner Gaon station.

Negatives: Two things need focus here, however. Baner Road has a major downside in peak office hours traffic congestion; it may be really aggravating. Additionally, even though we have green areas, the water supply can be erratic at times. Therefore we depend on water tankers, which the city needs to rapidly repair.

Negatives: Often pushing pedestrians into the main highway, wrong footpaths and vendor encroachment often combine with erratic parking. Local transportation was really stressful since the subpar state of some internal roads, especially during the monsoons, often caused water logging and harmed drainage chamber lids.

Positives: Baner will be a game-changer with the future Baner Gaon Metro Station and link us easily everywhere. Here in our reliable Jupiter Hospital and VIBGYOR High, we have outstanding institutions. Along Balewadi High Street, where there are excellent restaurants and the Westend Mall close by for shopping, entertainment is lively. The area is quite cosmopolitan and active. Living close to the Baner-Pashan Biodiversity Park makes me feel extremely fortunate. The combination of great social life and IT comfort close Hinjewadi appeals most to me.

Negatives: The only things that call for focus are the heavy traffic during peak office hours and, occasionally, the water supply might be inconsistent, therefore calling for tanker dependence.

Positives: I just moved into Baner in West Pune and sensed its distinct ambience right away.
