Positives: I discovered that this project is a blend of affordability and convenience. The locality has great connectivity through Western Express Highway and local trains, and traveling to Andheri, Goregaon, or BKC was relatively convenient. Institutes like Swami Vivekananda International School and Pawar Public School, and hospitals like Shivam and Chavan, made life easy. Shopping malls, restaurants, gyms, and parks like Kamala Vihar Jogger's Park made the area attractive. Negatives: Nevertheless, there were some drawbacks. Peak hour traffic jams were exasperating, waterlogging in certain places during monsoons, and random safety issues, particularly for women, existed. In spite of all this, I had a good time here and liked its affordability and accessibility ratio.

Positives: I have just shifted to Kandivali West, and I prefer the combination of quiet residential pockets and active shopping in the vicinity. My nearby railway station and Western Express Highway ensure quick commuting, and malls such as Raghuleela and Infiniti provide decent shopping and dining options. New housing projects ensure proximity to schools, hospitals and supermarkets, and I take regular evening strolls in small parks for fresh air. Negatives: Despite that, I see negative aspects like dense traffic on Link Road and during rush hours, waterlogging during the monsoon, which causes a delay in travelling, parking deficit around crowded markets and shopping malls, and round-the-clock sounds of construction of new buildings. Being a short-term renter, I am otherwise content here, but I do hope civic amenities and parking improve soon.

Positives: Kandivali West provides a balanced lifestyle with great connectivity and amenities. It has well paved roads, good public transport options, and numerous shopping centers, schools, and hospitals. Citizens get to experience a combination of urban amenities and green spaces, making it a good place for families and working professionals. Negatives: But no location is free from problems. Peak hour traffic congestion can be problematic to travel emergency demand, and parking spaces are not abundant in some areas, it causes urgent parking in anywhere is inconvenient. Also, some areas in the locality get waterlogged during the rainy season for excessive rain, which causes inconvenience to daily life.
