I recommend this neighborhood because Medanta Hospital and GD Goenka Public School are nearby. The gated entrances and energetic guards make me quite sure for women at night. My walks in the verdant local parks in the morning are quite reviving. With excellent rental income from corporate tenants, I see my investment expanding rapidly.
