Good schools like St. Francis English High School abound. Also, dependable hospitals such Sai Kripa Hospital and large shopping malls such as Inorbit Mall and Infinity Mall abound. For many consumers, this makes Malad East a cost-effective but value-rich alternative to more core areas. Because of this infrastructure, demand and rental returns are constant. From where I stand, the neighbourhood works both for working professionals and for families. I support improved upkeep of internal roads and sidewalks and more committed green public parks or open-space features for inhabitants to rest. All in all, this place is strongly recommended.
