• Sector 70 is a very decent locality in Gurgaon. It is situated close to Sohna road, which has many multinational companies. I get many reputed schools and colleges nearby. I get a sabzi mandi close by to buy all the essential items. I get the required items available within the society itself. Tulip Orange Market, Good Earth City Center, and Ninex Mall are nearby. I get a great facility from Miracles Apollo Cradle Hospital which is close to my locality. I am very impressed with this locality.

I love this sector 70. Sector 70 is a very good location in Gurgaon. I living very comfortably here. It has excellent connectivity to the Southern Periphery Road. It is Directly connected with Sohna road, Nh-8, and hero Honda Chowk. This locality is located all the major brands, schools and hospitals are there in 3 to 4 km surroundings. Sector 70 has many tourist sites around this location, de adventure park, which is a renowned amusement park, is situated close to this area.

I am a tenant in this locality. I shifted here for my job purpose. I love the infrastructure of this locality. The connectivity is very good in this area. I get the medical facility, markets, and shopping mall in this area. It is Directly connected to Sohna road, Nh-8, and the hero Honda Chowk which is very convenient for me. But the deteriorating air quality is another issue, and smog has been reported from these areas during winters. Also, traffic congestion during peak hours is a severe concern for me.

My experience was good in this locality. There is only one bus station near this locality which is tulip ivory sector 70, situated at an 8minutes walkable distance from this location. The Huda city center metro station is one of the nearest metro stations situated at a distance of 13minutes. The Vivekanand School and Indus world school are the good schools nearby. I got a proper medical facility and marketplace near my house. Traffic congestion during peak hours is a severe concern for daily commuters.
