The area is very positive for the high- class people and there are so many industries in the area and many colleges in the area. The Nariman Point Derby Hospital is a hospital famous for its serviceability. The area is full of garbage beside the roadside and sometimes water problems occur.

The locality of Nariman Point in Mumbai is an area of business. There are many shopping malls in the area like the great Oberoi Shopping center, CR2 shopping mall, and so on.
