Positives: Sector 79 intrigues me because of its open and less packed vibe. Though well tied to NH-48, I feel it is not totally focal. Near Manesar, I work; my rental experience remains mostly seamless. I value peaceful surroundings and fresh buildings. Good road access and cab availability help me. When necessary, I go Medanta Hospital and view Amity University nearby.

Negative

Negatives: I think shopping malls are a drive away and entertainment choices are constrained. I do not see any direct metro station yet; Huda City Centre seems distant. For limited facilities, I believe rents are a little high. Inside civilizations, I believe safety is beneficial. Here I need quicker progress, better buses, and more shops.

Positives: My experience feels contemporary and quiet, so I am rather glad staying in Sector 79. I find the fresh air and small crowd appealing. Living near corporate parks on Sohna Road and Manesar delights me. Here, property value increases slowly. Parks and walking paths inside communities are appreciated by me. I sense community life is gradually getting better.

Negative

Negatives: Still, outside communities I see less local grocery possibilities. I think ATMs and medical stores close by are still constrained. I sometimes have power backup troubles. Better public transportation, more schools, and tiny marketplaces will, in my opinion, increase everyday comfort in this area.

Positives: Having my house in Sector 79 makes me happy since my experience remains tranquil. Planned development and clean surroundings cause my thinking to align with this region. I like accessible emergency services and hospitals free of tension. For simple travel, I ride city buses as well as NH-48. Gurgaon and Manesar seem to fit nicely in this region. For family living, this location is quite ideal. Gated communities and guards make me feel secure. Near SPR, I like tiny cafes and neighborhood shopping centers.

Negative

Negatives: Still bothers me are the timing of water supply and the frequency of public transportation. Internal road finishing and street lights call for immediate attention.

Medanta Hospital strikes me as a reliable choice just nearby. I spot Amity University close by for educational needs. I rent here mostly because of my office work in Manesar and Golf Course Extension. Society security and the surrounds of green make me feel secure. For a new region, I find rents affordable. Road lighting and nearby businesses still want work in this area.

Positives: The rapid access through the expressway to my office hub in the Manesar Industrial Zone was the primary benefit I obtained. My favourite location for weekend enjoyment was the Aapno Ghar Amusement Park, where I spent most of my time. The lush vegetation and trekking paths close to my home around the Aravalli mountains thrilled me as well. I seem to recall Mount Olympus School being a very famous monument locally. Back then, the MET Hospital managed my medical emergencies effectively. Because the gated communities have top-level security, I felt quite secure.

Negative

Negatives: Frustrating was the heavy traffic on the Rampura-Naurangpur route. In the remote areas, the streetlights seemed to need very rapid action.

The beautiful Sector 79 is remarkable since though it is away from the city commotion, it is still near to the NH-8 route. For a fast office commute, I advise utilising the Southern Peripheral Road. Having Mirasol School and Silverstreak Hospital only a brief drive away has immense worth for me. Most new towns have very strong security gates, therefore I feel secure here at night. Relaxation may be found in the several verdant parks and nearby Karma Lakelands golf course. As more luxury projects are completed, rental yields are increasing rapidly. On interior streets, I believe the absence of streetlights and public transportation needs attention. This area, in my opinion, is a star on the ascendance.

Positives: The lovely Aravalli scenery and the long-term expansion of New Gurgaon. My house value will greatly profit from the NH-48 and the future metro extension. I like this area's spacious roads and calm surroundings. Near to my children's education, MatriKiran High School and Broadways International are appealing. Park Hospital nearby and Medeor Hospital satisfy my medical needs. The region is safe for my family, in my opinion, and my rental income is increasing at a respectable rate.

Negative

Negatives: Irregular water supply and absence of nearby food stores bother me. My proposal calls for repairs of the internal roads flooded in rains. My dealings with the high maintenance costs and inadequate public transportation drive me very crazy.

Positives: As a tenant, I dwell in Sector 79 since it is quite near to Manesar and Cyber City. The magnificent view of the Aravalli hills and the crisp air give me the most strength here. To get the Huda City Centre metro station, I use local vehicles and the Rapido. Typically for my purchasing I visit Sapphire 83 or the neighbouring markets in Sector 82. For my family, I think the medical treatment Miracles Apollo Cradle provides is very helpful.

Negative

Negatives: The absence of late-night public transportation is the main challenge. I believe the safety on the deserted stretches should be updated shortly. The slow growth of basic sewage lines irritates me the most.

Positives: Sector 79 allowed me to live a calmer life away from the big city. I believe one major benefit for my vacation was the closeness to the Southern Peripheral Road and the NH-48. Silver Streak Hospital quite trustworthy. Because the metro is still somewhat far off, I took local taxis for my travel. For dinner, my favourite meeting place was the nearby Hyatt Regency.

Negative

Negatives: The terrible state of the internal roads really upset me. I think the dearth of street lights made me feel uneasy at night. I believe that one of the worst issues is the absence of places for daily needs. I really disliked the often-power outages over summer.

Daily usage of NH-48, Southern Peripheral Road, Dwarka Motorway, and simple cab mobility helps me to enjoy smooth connection. I am at ease with hospitals nearby, like Medanta and Aarvy, as well as with schools like DPS Sector 84. Because my neighbourhood is well lit and secure, I feel secure at night. I like nearby clubhouses, parks, and retail centers. With growing rents, my investment feels reasonable. I still trust the future of this area entirely, and I think internal road completion and public transportation frequency need swift improvement.
