Drove to the project site and saw that it is big enough with ample roads and parking all around. Also, of course, there are highways nearby and lots of footfall is expected from people working in many corporate offices near the location. Good residential communities nearby as well, so invested here.

Can't go wrong with Godrej. They have chosen a very prime location in Sector 27. So, Yamuna and Noida-Greater Noida Expressways are all near and also the Jaypee Public School is walking distance from the site. They are offering a spacious shop layout and am confident it will do well.

See, everything is nearby, be it the Accenture or Wipro and other offices. Even more shopping center and schools are nearby. I feel it's good catchment area for retail store and footfall should be good enough in my opinion. So I invested here.
