It is Godrej so no questions asked on that count. Area-wise, it's peaceful enough now but will be buzzing later. Airport is nearby and the lakeside is also accessible which is a big plus point for morning walks and all. Hoping that upcoming metro is done soon (they are saying it will be there by 2026) so fingers crossed.
Very nice experience with Godrej team. They explained everything so well and the trust is there. See they are a big developer after all. My wife was keen on staying near the airport and we finally came here after looking at many other North Bangalore projects.
First thing that got me hooked was the project location just close to the airport toll gate. I have faced problem in the past trying to reach the airport on time. This will hopefully solve the problem. Standard amenities are given and pricing seems fine.
I will give it a five-star for location. As a buyer I am hopeful about the prospect of staying here. My office is nearby and they are planning this mega township which i know will work out since it's Godrej.
See what I wanted was somewhere near the airport. Size and all slight compromise I was okay with but this was not the case. They gave decent plan. So it worked for me. I am a frequent flier and have to travel every week.
My investment here was an excellent decision. Facilities and location are excellent.
The area, although strategic, lacks surrounding shopping malls and schools, which may be inconvenient for my children.
The children's play area and sports facilities keep everyone occupied. But the pre-launch price higher than other projects.
I love the facilities, particularly the Zen Garden and swimming pool, provide a peaceful lifestyle.
This project is unique in its strategic location and green architecture. The five clubhouses and varied recreational areas make it highly recommended for clients.
