I like planned surroundings and good hygiene. But I think fitting could be better for this price point. Rest is all nice, especially the view and natural surrounding.
Very nice natural setting but traveling through traffic peaks is troublesome. What I like is clubhouse and amphitheatre which are good for the community living experience. Indoor games is also good for children to stay engaged after school.
I love the nightlife here. Lots of shops and cafes around. Also the security at apartment seems to be pretty good, with CCTV surveillance and intercom facilities.
Beautiful facility and infrastructure but expensive living. But special mention for the power backup and high speed lifts. They take away two of my worries.
I shifted to this place recently. Wonderful parks and facilities like swimming pool, gym, and others. Tennis and badminton is also there so being sports buff I am pretty happy.
What I really like about Hiranandani Gardens is that it has a medical facility within the building premise itself, besides other luxurious amenities. Overall, the building has upgraded my lifestyle, and all the safety and security features add to our convenience.
I particularly like this apartment because it has close connectivity to all the major points of Mumbai and is very strategically located in the Mumbai Central Suburbs, and only a few Km away from the Mumbai Airport.
Not only did I like the luxurious interiors of the Hiranandani Gardens, but also its exquisite outdoor environment. The modern bathroom fittings, modular kitchen, spacious hall, everything seems to be perfect. However, I still feel that at this price, the carpet space could have been bigger.
The Hiranandani Gardens has so much to offer. Starting from excellent security to luxurious amenities, it has everything. It has offered me an incomparable lifestyle experience.
After having bought an apartment in Hiranandani Gardens, there are so many things I regret. First, the carpet area of my apartment is very small at 542 Sq. Ft. and not at all spacious for a 4-member family. After having spent over Rs.3Cr, it’s not worth it.
