I feel the roads to the project should be improved. Connectivity is fine, but sometimes traffic can be a problem.
The amenities are excellent! The swimming pool and the clubhouse are well maintained. I feel this is worth the investment!
Spacious and well-designed layout. I enjoyed the open spaces and the greenery surrounding. Feels calm in spite of being in the city with my husband.
Stayed at 2BHK last month here. Good quality of construction for the project and is close to my workplace.
Spacious rooms and robust construction are a pleasure for my family. But it gets congested due to traffic around the locality.
You will also find a cute little cafe, library, clubhouse, and dance room insidethe development. I do not see many people in the dance hall much but there ismusic playing there on the weekends. All in all I’m very happy with the place, and won’t be moving anytime soon!
Speaking of pets, Dream Acres comes with a number of features to blow youaway. There is an attached market where you can do your daily shopping. There’s also a pet area (this development is pet friendly) so people with petswill definitely like it.
Development itself is very clean, and even comes with the surprise beyond theusual power and water amenities. Believe it or not Sobha Dream Acres has itsown rainforest reserve just a short walk away from the development’sbuildings! The area is cultivated enough that it is relaxing to walk through andeven has a library and chai store in the middle of it.
Ended up choosing a 936 sq. ft. 1BHK apartment here at the Dream Acres. The first great thing is that my place came almost fully furnished, and that toowith wide windows that let in lots of fresh sunlight so I didn’t have dark corners. The furniture is mostly wood or faux-wood and suits the rest of the apartment.
I thought about what I’d say here for a good while before I sat down to write itbut in the end there is only one fitting word for Dream Acres mind blowing. Ifound this development looking for an affordable and spacious 1BHKapartment as I am living away from home for the first time.
