Prime location project and well maintained also well developed
I have visited JP North several times with clients. The design and facilities, such as the clubhouse, pool, and sports amenities are excellent.
Maintaining comfortable life is possible in JP North as theplace is great for living as it is connected to many shoppingcenters and many other important locations. For this reason,it scores almost 10 in the connectivity index.
JP North maintains proximity to Western Express Highwayand Mira Road. For this reason, I think it is a goodinvestment choice. It offers 1, 2, and 3 BHK apartments withpremium designs. The price range seemed attractive to me.
I was looking for well-designed flat around Mira Road. JPNorth then seemed a premium option for me. The layout isattractive. I wanted a flat near Mira Road as it would provideme with good connectivity. The property scores 9.8 on theconnectivity scale.
JP North is well collected to Mira Road and Beyond Mumbai.The project is completed with 2608 units. When I visited theproperty for the first time I was amazed at the options of theapartment the property provided and the quality of designs.
As I needed a small apartment near Western ExpressHighway, I booked an apartment in JP North. I booked a flathere of 370 sq ft at just 62.50 Lac. It is also connected toMira Road and other major points in the city.
Children love the skating rink and pool. It's a secure, gated community. Big thumbs up for amenities and greenery.
Meditation garden and gym are now a part of our daily life. We enjoy the vibrant and green parks.
Excellent amenities but I think the unit carpet spaces are a bit cramped relative to pricing trends.
Inside is great, but coming here in peak hours was frustrating because of Mira Road traffic congestion.
