Vatika Turning Point is a residential project by the Vatika Group in Sector 88 B, Gurugram, within the Vatika Express City township. The property offers 2, 3 and 4BHK apartments with contemporary design and premium fittings. Construction is underway with possession expected in September 2021.
The Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (H-Rera) has ordered Vatika Limited to refund money with interest to 28 allottees for the Turning Point project in Sector 88B. The developer obtained a license in 2013, but there was no significant construction progress. Vatika stated it has invested approximately ₹168 crore in the project but the site is not accessible due to Dwarka Expressway construction.
The Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) court in Gurugram has penalized Vatika Limited for violating the builder buyer agreement.
