It was an excellent investment. The luxury finishes and quality of construction justify DLF's reputation. The complex is lively.
As a tenant, I will rate it highly. I am getting great value out of my time here. There's a lot of space to walk around and also amenities that I can use. I am also appreciative of the fact that the homes are fitted out, without any work required by me as well. There are plush fittings on offer and I like the room and home sizes. Makes me feel quite at ease during my stay here. Special mention for the on-site restaurant and pool cafe.
I love two things especially about this project- One is the luxury. You get the landscaping, imposing design, the DLF brand, the premium fittings and furniture, the amenities, the relaxation in the steam and sauna, swimming pool, etc. The second is the security- They have extremely stringent security, which automatically inspires confidence in your daily life.
I never wanted an uber-luxurious home but fell in love with this project. From the landscape design and construction quality to the overall layout, fittings, huge space, and of course, the wonderful restaurant, they have all bases covered. A foodie and aesthete like me is super impressed with the project.
Came to know that the landscape has been designed by a noted designer from the USA. It shows in the design that they wish to accomplish here. Happy so far, yes the price may seem costly, but then the brand value is unmatched and it's also a fast-growing location. They're also giving me luxurious fittings, furnishings, and what not. so you know- that five-star feeling in your home itself.
I was looking for sheer convenience to be honest while searching for a residential unit here in the city. I travel often (in fact, we travel often) and need someplace which is furnished and comes with the best there is, in terms of amenities and fittings, along with air conditioning (was a must). I found the pricing quite reasonable for the big homes that they're offering.
I have always been attracted to buildings done by DLF. Let me tell you the honest story. This project I was not considering. But a friend said that invest now, later you will benefit. And I am benefiting. Area is coming up hugely in Sector 82A. I am finding it easy to get to work and the luxury level at this project is tremendous.
The convenience of schools and shopping malls near it makes it convenient. But the maintenance fees are steep.
Living at this place has been a wonderful experience. The facilities are the best, and the maintenance crew is on time.
Though the project has top-class amenities, we have faced problems with water supply and voltage fluctuations.
