Godrej Aria's Gurgaon area is really lovely. I enjoy shopping, and the M3M Cosmopolitan and Airia Mall are both close. It will be wonderful to take the kids to adventure and nature parks on weekends. Also worthy of notice is the salon and coffee shop. It was ideal for catching up with my gal buddies. The whole project feels safe enough, and the interior design is excellent. I adore how large my house is; it feels comfortable after the epidemic.
I am impressed by the Godrej Aria project's building quality and excellent fixtures, which I had expected. And the location is appropriate, given that it is in a wealthy area of New Gurgaon. Special emphasis should be made on the wonderful design style and the huge quantity of space available on campus. I wanted a decent balance of tranquility, calm, and facilities, and I didn't go wrong.
The best part about this project is its location in Sector 79. I can go to my office quickly through Golf Course Extension Road and Golf Course Road. Sushant Lok Metro Station is also nearby. Connectivity is taken care of with so many schools, businesses, and hospitals closed.
The home design is fantastic, and I adore the lawns, as well as the open areas, trees, gardens, terraces, and everything else. Its general appearance and appeal are quite European (Spanish, as the developers say). In my perspective, value for money includes the location and facilities.
I desired a project with excellent facilities and less traffic. Godrej Aria appears to offer it, and I value amenities such as the coffee shop, swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, salon, sports facilities, and, most importantly, power backup. Inside, the fit and quality are excellent. Overall, I'm pleased with the project, as are my wife and children.
Although the sizes of the apartments are spacious, I have experienced problems with maintenance services.
The overall design and facilities are good. But connectivity to daily needs like schools and markets can be better.
I have faced issues with the consistency of water supply. It's one area that should be addressed right away
