The area is ideal for my daily commute to the IT centre. And proximity to schools is a big plus.

I shifted here last year. The facilities are of top class, particularly the gym and pool. The play area is impressive and well-maintained.

One of the better locations in West Hyderabad for this property is this one. Situated on the main Khajaguda road, Gachibowli Circle can be accessed in 6 minutes, as can Wipro Junction and the smart financial district. ORR access is only 7 minutes away. Ideal for people who work in IT since it takes no more than 15 minutes to go to the office during business hours. The gas station is at a walking distance from here.

We bought a Jain apartment at Carlton Creek. Outstanding crew for client service. We are problem-free and lead peaceful lives. The conveniences and provisions that the builders opted on allowed them to live pleasantly and free from difficulties. I would strongly advise my friends and family to do this. I'm thrilled with the amenities and service at this popular location. At Carlton Creek, the prices are rather affordable, and they have everything a senior needs.

I bought a 3 BHK apartment at Carlton Creek. situated in a prominent area of Hyderabad. It really easy for me to drop my kids off at school and get to work. upscale facilities in a guarded neighborhood under CCTV surveillance. I would tell my friends and relatives about it. Outstanding features for a happy existence include a swimming pool, exercise classes, indoor activities, and other attractions. Highly satisfied and glad to call it my home.

Every day is a dream come true with first-rate amenities, a large living room with both an indoor and an exterior, exquisitely finished furnishings, and top-notch modern appliances in the kitchen. Nice spacious apartments with contemporary interiors. But intermittent water supply problems have been a problem.

Lovely community with events for all ages, from young children to senior adults. Here, every celebration is elaborate and humorous. This civilization has the potential to be dog-friendly, but it is not; Forced by the Supreme Court, only a small number of street dogs can be cared for by the community, yet people in this place are quite particular about not loving street dogs. Additionally, the construction quality may have improved, but there always room for growth.

It is only a 5-minute walk from the metro station. a life of tranquility, enjoyment, and safety. There is still room for improvement. The location is good and facilities are located nearby.

With 11 blocks, it a sizable residential neighborhood (A-K). Parking, a clubhouse with indoor games and activities, an indoor gym, a squash court, a swimming pool, a hotel, and a pharmacy are among the amenities offered by this gated community. In certain of the blocks (C, E, F, and G), building is currently ongoing, but it should be finished by late 2020. The remaining blocks have been turned over. Overall, a good residence.

Though the amenities are great, the maintenance fees are high, which puts a strain.

You can do all of your basic shopping, find a gas station, and spend approximately five minutes walking to two great schools (DPS and Oakridge). There is a grocery store on the property. In relation to the property, the clubhouse, facilities, and construction quality are all in poor shape. A good place to rent, but not always an excellent place to buy. This property probably needs some renovations shortly. It a good property otherwise.
