The 1 km stretch along the High Tension Line in the Kukatpally zone up to Miyapur Road provides smooth access to the locale. Excessive flooding is a major problem in the area. The area is prone to flooding during the rainy season, especially in areas like Kaithammakunta and Meedhikunta. Another problem in the area is the dangling electrical wires at Matrusri Nagar in Miyapur pose a threat to passers-by. During monsoons, the locality faces power outages. In the locality, the crossroads near IndusInd Bank lack streetlights. The debris and waste materials lying upon the IndusInd lane cause disturbance for pedestrians. The Malaka Cheruvu Lake remains choked with sewage and hyacinth growth, causing water logging problems. Several wrong-side driving instances go unchecked at the Miyapur Crossroads, leading to traffic jams. Open drains and manholes along Miyapur Road are causing problems for the residents.

The Mindspace Flyover eases the traffic gridlocks from the Inorbit Mall side towards Miyapur Road. Moreover, MMTS station is Hafizpet is about 5-6 kilometres away. The Miyapur-LB Nagar metro line serves the locality, and connects it to other parts of the city. The sewerage system needs to be developed; there are Open drains and manholes along Miyapur Road.
