True ultra-luxury category. What else can I say. We as a family have invested here and are hoping for some good return in the future. Campus, flat size, amenities- everything is on point and I know they will deliver. SV Road and WEH connectivity, upcoming metro on SV Road, hospital, school- everything is nearby. Upgrading from Borivali to be near my office
Everything is just perfect at least that's what I feel. Pricing is right for the location and developer has a solid reputation also for quality and delivery. My wife was so happy about SV Road location, since she works nearby. It will help her come back home quickly and even attend to children when need is there in the future
Happy to have spent on my dream apartment. Now can't wait to have it ready in the future. Vile Parle was always my dream location since my mom grew up here and I know the place pretty well. As for practical aspects, location is home to elite crowd and SV Road is also nearby, which is another plus point.
Vile Parle West location is the biggest highlight of the project. Amrapali Shopping Center, Mothercare Hospital, CP Goenka, Park View Hotel- Lots of landmarks as you drive to the site. WEH can be accessed easily and also SV Road. Practical wise as a mother with children I like the society plan they are offering.
One of the good things about the project is the reliability of the developer. It has been around for a long time. At the same time, I liked the fact that the SV Road and upcoming metro station are both nearby. Another thing that attracted me was the proximity to the Mothercare Hospital (just a short walk)
