Kolte Patil is a trusted builder, justifying the ultra-high price of this property in Khar West. The neighborhood is extremely secure and ideally located, with excellent connectivity by way of the Western Express Highway and rail. Excellent schools, hospitals, and luxury basic facilities are within ready access nearby. The luxurious apartment features and signature recreational facilities, such as a lap pool and club-only facilities, greatly impressed the owner. It is well-positioned close to Bandra-Kurla Complex and Worli business hubs. A major letdown is the very limited parking area for hosting visiting friends or extended relatives.
