Mumbai Infrastructure Projects: New Connector , GMLR Tunnel Progress

The Maharashtra government has approved a Rs 1,722-crore project for a four-lane connector from the Sea Link to Pali Hill, aiming to improve traffic flow. Also , TBM has begun excavating a 5.3-km tunnel under the Sanjay Gandhi National Park as part of the Goregaon-Mulund Link Road (GMLR) project, with 9 meters of excavation completed.

BMC Sets Deadlines for Key Infrastructure Projects: Vidyavihar Connector, GMLR Phase 1, and Mankhurd Flyover to Open Soon

BMC has announced completion targets for three significant infrastructure projects. The Vidyavihar east-west connector is slated to open by August 31, the first phase of the Goregaon-Mulund Link Road (GMLR) by September, and the Mankhurd-Maharashtra Nagar flyover by May 31, 2027. These projects are expected to improve traffic flow and connectivity in their respective areas.

A total of 14 residential transactions has been registered so far for Swastik Divine Mulund, amounting to ₹ 22 Cr till August 2026.

MMRDA Approves Rs 723 Crore Thane–Navi Mumbai Link Project
