Pune South boasts of impeccable planning, availability of vast land parcels and several reputed educational institutions. Leading developers like Goel Ganga, D.S.K, Salarpuria, Clover, Mittal Group, Amit Enterprises, Marvel and Kolte Patil have come up with big ticket projects in the region along with biggies like Tata Housing and Godrej.
