Konark Krish is a great place to live if you’re looking for a new apartment in Pune. Thedevelopment is very centrally located and connects to major roads like Solapur Road andNagar Road.

The construction itself is premium grade with apartments made in an expensiveEuropean style method. And the locality is very posh as well which helps make sure you donot have to suffer constant car horns and loud voices outside the development.

You can reach the Mundhwa Road easily from the development as it is about 1.44km away.What really made Konark Krish the best choice for me is the rooms. They are very large (my2BHK apartment is just under 1300 sq. ft.) and are constructed to be very open to sunlight.The room design is excellent and I have no complaints with the room sizes or furnishings.

Most of the units are occupied but it is still a very quiet development which is very nice too.Amenities include power backup for outages and a 24*7 water supply meaning you can getwater whenever you need it. I wanted good security features to make sure my children aren’tbothered and I got it. There is a 24-hour security presence on the main gate as well asCCTV cameras installed inside the development.

For fitness there is a gym, open-air yoga area, and jogging/cycling track on the grounds. Thegym is usually busy but nobody interrupts you when you are exercising. Leisure activitiesinclude a clubhouse that is beautifully decorated and an indoor play area for games.
