Pune Ring Road Eastern extn Gets Green Light :₹10,502 Cr Project

Maharashtra Cabinet Committee has approved the revised cost of ₹10,502.36 crore for the eastern extension of the Pune Ring Road. This 31.805-km controlled-access expressway aims to divert traffic away from Pune city. With 80% of land acquisition complete, the project is slated for completion by June 2029

Pune Metro Infrastructure to be Integrated with Upcoming Road Corridors

MSIDC and Pune Metro are set to sign MoUs to integrate Metro infrastructure with two upcoming road projects. The 1,080-meter long flyover will cater to traffic between Kharadi and Mundhwa and has been planned considering the alignment of a proposed metro line. This project may improve traffic flow in one of Pune's busiest corridors.
