I guide clients about Delhi Public School, New Town, and Tata Medical Centre nearby. I mention the nearby City Centre 2. I notice waterlogging and peak-hour congestion as drawbacks.

    I love owning a flat in Rajarhat. The locality is so green. Commuting is easy with the upcoming Metro and the Tata Medical Centre nearby. I often visit City Centre 2 and work at the DLF IT hub. However, the waterlogging and narrow inner lanes are major drawbacks of this area.

    I feel Rajarhat is beautiful with its open spaces. My experience with my 12k rent is great for this area. I love hanging out at Eco Park and Chinar Park. I suggest using the AC buses for transport. I am upset about the mosquitoes, dusty air, and lack of nearby markets.

    My experience here is great; I own a flat here. Every day I travel via the Sealdah-Sector V metro. In this gated complex, I believe my family is quite secure. Modern design is what I love the most. Still, I dislike the high salt in the water and the sluggish road maintenance in this neighbourhood.

    I appreciate this area, as my life is rather simple. Being near my workplace in DLF IT Park makes me happy. For pleasure, my family enjoys travelling to City Centre 2. For my school, I find it quite practical. I have difficulties with mosquito breeding and major traffic congestion.

I appreciate my experience, as my neighborhood offers rental houses suited to my requirements, broad streets, fine communities, and stores. My reasoning here appeals to me since buses, automobiles, and the planned East-West Metro connectivity make it easy for locals to travel. As a well-known hospital, I count on Tata Medical Center; near Techno India University is a well-known college. My employment in Sector V and New Town offices is why I mostly rent here. Gated complexes and consistent security help me to feel secure. Greenery, parks, and open areas are appealing to me. Rents seem fair to me. I suffer waterlogging, unfinished internal roads, and drainage during rainstorms.

    I recommend Rajarhat because it is the most intelligent approach to live close to the IT center. I especially like the contemporary buildings and vast roadways. The simple proximity to Salt Lake and the Airport makes it ideal for me. For outstanding local services, I advise looking at Delhi Public School and Tata Medical Center. Because the major routes are well lit and have security, I sense security going here at night. Time spent at Eco Park or a nearby Mothers Wax Museum is very enjoyable. Because so many tech employees wish to live here, rental yields are still rather high. The high maintenance expenditures and local water quality a little disheartening.

    Owning my house in Rajarhat makes me truly delighted since my daily life here is orderly, green, and future-ready. I think this place is lovely since my region offers broad highways, intended areas, lakes, and open areas that feel unusual in Kolkata. My travel is simple via VIP Road, New Town streets, EM Bypass, buses, cabs, and nearby Metro access; thus, I appreciate smooth connectivity. I feel at ease with nearby schools like DPS New Town and Delhi Public School as well as hospitals like Tata Medical Center. Nighttime security comes from my neighbourhood's constant illumination and activity. Malls, Eco Park, and coffee shops please me. Given my rentals, I believe my investment is justified. During monsoon, I feel drainage; unfinished inner roads have to be quickly repaired.
