I love Sector 47 because it’s a posh area right on Sohna Road. Our commuting is easy with the Huda City Centre metro, which is just 15 minutes away. Having Park Hospital and Raheja Mall so close is great. However, the internal road repairs are slow here. Also, waterlogging during the rains is a mess.

I feel Sector 47 is a well-developed residential and mixed-use area. It has gated societies like Malibu Town. I love to go to Good Earth City Centre for coffee on weekends. Connectivity via local buses is very smooth. I just wish the locality needed better waste disposal and better road maintenance here.

My encounters here are fantastic; I own a house here. My daily travel uses the Millennium City Centre metro. For families, this place feels quite safe. So I advise it. With Raheja Mall close by, my life is rather simple. Open rubbish piles and repeated power outages disgust me.

My life here is wonderful since the surroundings are quite green. Being near my workplace and Good Earth City Centre gives me pleasure. Malibu Town Park weekend hikes are really enjoyed by my family. Students benefit from this incredibly handy approach. Mobile snatching occurrences and dim streetlights present me with troubles.

From my own encounters, I find Sector 47 is well-demanded and has planned roadways. I can see quick access to Sohna Road and Golf Course Road. Because of the close proximity of schools and safety, families come first for me. Markets start to close. During rains I see traffic build‑up; here drainage needs work.

Living in Sector 47 makes me quite content. Being accurate on Sohna Road offers the main benefit, in my opinion. For me as a renter, the proximity to my Spaze iTech Park office is the most beneficial. For my daily travel, I take the Huda City Centre metro. For all medical needs, I advise Park Hospital; nearby ISBM College is fantastic. I am really upbeat about my exposure to local parks and safety. I think the rent is reasonable for such a great location. Low water pressure irritates me one thing. The primary issue to be fixed is the failing service lanes

Gurgaon has its most cozy and well-connected pocket here. Its position directly on Sohna Road, I believe, provides my customers with a huge travel benefit. For its proximity to top schools like Mount Olympus and the Huda City Centre metro, I recommend this area. Families nearby are receiving top-notch medical care at Park Hospital. Because the roads are vibrant and well-policed, I feel the area to be quite secure for women at night. Good Earth City Centre shopping and the green in local parks are wonderful. For my investors, I see a really great rental yield. I believe that the high pollution levels and heavy traffic at Subhash Chowk really need work.

Sector 47 is a very calm and well-established place, so I love my house here. Netaji Subhash Marg and Sohna Road link me to everything, so the location is both gorgeous and useful. I recommend this neighborhood because Medanta Hospital and GD Goenka Public School are nearby. The gated entrances and energetic guards make me quite sure for women at night. My walks in the verdant local parks in the morning are quite reviving. With excellent rental income from corporate tenants, I see my investment expanding rapidly. I believe, nevertheless, that during rains we require superior drainage and better pothole repairs. My family would find the ideal spot here.

Negatives: I feel rent is quite high. I am frustrated with the traffic noise and water timing issues in this area.

Positives: I happily live in Sector 47 with my family. The locality is well-connected through NH-48 and Subhash Chowk. I love greenery and quiet lanes. I travel easily using Sohna Road.

Negatives: I complain about traffic issues, the poor drainage system, and the narrow roads. I miss a large mall inside the sector.

Positives: Sector 47 is surrounded by daily retail, restaurants, and medical shops. I feel the rent is somewhat affordable. Connectivity to the ILD Mall is very convenient for my daily life.

Negatives: I suggest better upkeep for our parks. The high noise levels, stray dog issues, and frequent power cuts are trouble for us.

Positives: I chose Sector 47 to live near my office. My experiences were good with the safe atmosphere. I loved to visit the Tau Devi Lal Stadium.

Negatives: Sadly, I must say the area had a poor drainage system and very crowded local markets back then. There was also high pollution from traffic.

Positive: The rent appears rather exorbitant here. My true experience is passable because I reside next to the Sohna Road office hub and Park Hospital. The area is extremely fashionable and expensive.

Negatives: Low water pressure, damaged service roads, and the absence of a library are problems I have nonetheless.
